PEO EKBERG - Environmental Consultant for Sustainability

Born in Sweden, based in Tokyo Japan, Peo has worked on environmental issues for 25 years. In 1997, he started the international environmental business network OneWorld, aiming at introducing Best Practices from Sweden and Japan, emphasizing Positive Solutions rather than Problems. In Japan, he has held more than 300 lectures for citizens, universities, businesses and government, has been a leader/DJ for Japanese radio programs for 4 years. Peo also writes for Japanese magazines and newspapers, and is presently host for Japans national television NHK`s environmental documentary series "Green Style".

Peo has also authored/co-authored four environmental/sustainability books, published in Japan. He is a guest lecturer at Musashino University and Meiji University in Tokyo (teaching Eco Smart Lifestyle, Environmental Rules and Sustainability).

Peo loves football (soccer). He has three world records in football juggling, and performed at the opening ceremony of 2002 FIFA World Cup in Japan/South Korea.
