Tutorial: An easy fix to floppy neck joint

Introduction
いちいち首ジョイントに手を加えるのは面倒、あるいは顕著ではないけどヘッドの固定がいまいち緩い、そんな時のお手軽調整法です。
＜材料および工具＞
Tools and materials
- 適当な厚紙少々
- Board paper
- はさみ
- Scissors
- ファイリング用パンチ
- Paper puncher
＜スペーサー＞
Step 1: make a spacer

- 厚紙にパンチで適当に穴を開けていきます。穴同士の間隔は１cmもあればいいでしょう。
- Punch the board paper.

- 開けた穴の周囲２mm位の所を、はさみで丸く切り抜きます。何個か作っておくと後が楽です。
- ちなみに、これをゴムシートで作ると摩擦力は上がりますがゴムシートからヘッド、ボディ両方への色移りが起きるので私はお勧めしません。
- Cut off the 2mm outside from the punched hole.
＜組み込み＞
Step 2 : Set a spacer to neck post

- オビツ系のように首ジョイントの爪が外せる場合は、爪を一度外してから作ったスペーサーを通して戻せば完了です。
- あとは実際にヘッドを差して見て、お好みの強度になるまでスペーサーの枚数を加減します。
- In the case of Obitsu (or other removeable type neck post), remove joint part and set a spacer.
- If you want to more friction, add more spacer to neck post.

- ボークスEB系など爪が固定の首ジョイントの場合、スペーサーを１か所切ってからちょっとひねって隙間を開けます。

- 首ジョイントの爪の下にスペーサーを押し込んでやれば完了です。調整については上に同じ。
