マーミット編：首ジョイント固定とマルチヘッド化

＜首ジョイント固定＞
Unbreakable neck joint
現行バージョンでは改善されていますが、マーミットボディの首ジョイントはヘッドと共に抜けてしまうことが多いので内部に軸を通すことでこれを防止します。
Although improved in the present version, since a neck joint of MARMIT is break and come out from body in many cases. This is prevented by piercing an axis to joint.
＜材料および工具＞
Tools and materials
- 小型のプラスドライバー
- Cross-head screwdriver
- 厚物用カッターナイフ及びデザインナイフ
- Utility knife and art knife
- やすり及びサンドペーパー
- File and sandpaper (#240, #400, and #800)
- ピンバイス及びドリル（１・1.5・２mm径）
- Pin vise and drills (1mm,1.5mm,and 2mm diameter)
- 画鋲など先の尖ったもの
- Awl or ice pick
- 1,5mm径のしんちゅう線
- Brass line(1.5mm diameter)
- （必要に応じ）リューター及び球型ビット、もしくは小径の丸型彫刻刀
- Leutor and ball-shaped whetstone or small gouge (narrow edge - width 3mm or under) - If you need it
- （必要に応じ）瞬間接着剤
- Instant glue (cyanoacrylate adhesive) - If you need it
＜関節調整＞
Remodeling the neck joint
上体のねじを全て外して分解し、首ジョイントを取り出します。ジョイントの球体部分のうち対向する２個所をカッターで少し平面に削ったあと、ピンバイスで２mm径の穴を貫通させます。
上体を仮組みしてジョイントに開けた穴の位置を確認したら、ジョイントを外して首の後側から1.5mm径の穴を掘ります。（後側は貫通、前側は厚みの１／３〜１／２まで）再びジョイントを戻し、今空けた穴にしんちゅう線を通してジョイントを止めます。
1) At first, remove all the screws of the upper body and decomposes it to take out a neck joint.
2) Cut two places of the ball of joint as parallel.
3) Drill a through hole of 2mm diameter to it. (After this step, the shape of joint is nearly to Volks's.)
3) Assemble the upper body and the neck joint. Check the position of hole of joint and mark it to the back of neck.
4) Remove the joint from body, and drill a hole of 1.5mm diameter to marked point. (pierce the back part and 1/3 (or 1/2) thickness of the front part)
5) Assemble body completely.
6) Finally, insert brass line to through hole drilled at 4) and pierce the joint.

- 首ジョイントを取り出した際、ヘッドを受けるテーパーを全部削り落として棒状にし、中心に１mm径の穴を開ければオビツボディノーマル版のジョイント調整パーツをねじ止めすることが出来、マーミット以外のヘッドを装着することが出来るようになります。

When the neck joint is taken out, carve the taper of it to cylindrical shape. Drill a hole of 1mm diameter to center of it.
After this, the joint part can apply the head attachment parts of OBITSU body normal version, and it can use heads other than MARMIT's.

最新の「セリア」に採用されているボディではヘッドジョイント自体がＳＡＪ風の形状に変更されました。ところが、以後このタイプのジョイントを見掛けません。残念ながら一体型貧乳胸部と同じく１回限りのパーツだったようです。
